This Return & Refund Policy applies to services provided by NEXAVION SASU (Registration No. 102 915 600).

NEXAVION SASU provides software development, SaaS solutions, digital platforms, IT consulting, and related technology services.

Nature of Services

Due to the nature of our business, we provide digital services and custom software solutions rather than physical goods. As such, traditional return policies do not apply.

Project-Based Services

For custom development projects, including software development, system integration, API development, and consulting services:

  • All project terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment conditions are defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
  • Payments made for completed work or delivered milestones are non-refundable.
  • If a project is canceled before completion, any refund will be assessed based on the work already performed.

SaaS and Subscription Services

For subscription-based services (including SaaS platforms, cloud solutions, and digital tools):

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Access to the service will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Service Delivery

We make every effort to deliver services as described and agreed. If you believe that a service has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us promptly.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed
  • Technical issues caused by our systems that prevent service use and cannot be resolved
  • Legal obligation to provide a refund under applicable law

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service delivery has begun
  • Completed milestones or delivered work
  • Failure to use the service during an active subscription period
  • Issues caused by third-party systems, integrations, or client-side configurations

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project requirements
  • Cooperating during the development and implementation process
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner
